1. Definitions

• "Knotwell", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Knotwell, the organisation operating programmes and this website.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who visits this website or registers for a programme.
• "Programmes" — refers to the educational sessions and courses offered by Knotwell, including the Family Communication Workshop, Mediation-Support Information Session, and Co-Coordination Skills Programme.
• "Content" — refers to all materials, worksheets, session plans, and templates provided by Knotwell as part of its programmes.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or registering for a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Knotwell's programmes are designed for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or register for any programme.

3. Service Description

Knotwell provides educational programmes focused on family communication skills. All programmes are informational and skills-based in nature. Nothing offered by Knotwell constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Programmes are conducted primarily in English, in Bangkok, Thailand. Session availability and scheduling are published on this website and updated from time to time.

Knotwell reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any programme at its discretion. Registered participants will be notified as soon as possible in such circumstances.

4. Registration

To register for a programme, you must provide accurate contact information including your name and email address. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Knotwell.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide are correct. Knotwell is not liable for missed communications resulting from inaccurate registration information.

5. User Responsibilities

By registering for a programme, you agree to:

• Participate respectfully and in good faith during group sessions.
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings.
• Not record sessions or share session materials with third parties without prior written consent from Knotwell.
• Not use programme materials for commercial purposes.

Knotwell reserves the right to remove any participant from a session whose conduct is disruptive or inconsistent with these responsibilities, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, worksheets, session plans, and materials provided by Knotwell are the intellectual property of Knotwell. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish Knotwell's materials without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

All programme fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Current fees are:

• Family Communication Workshop: ฿4,420 per session
• Mediation-Support Information Session: ฿7,480 per session
• Co-Coordination Skills Programme: ฿10,880 per programme

Payment details are provided upon confirmation of registration. Full payment is required prior to attending the programme.

Cancellation and refunds: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the programme date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the programme date are non-refundable. Knotwell may offer a transfer to a later session date at its discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Knotwell's programmes are educational in nature. We do not make any representations about outcomes, results, or the suitability of our programmes for any particular individual or situation.

Nothing in our programmes or materials constitutes professional advice. Participants seeking legal, psychological, or other professional support should consult appropriately qualified practitioners.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Knotwell's liability to you in connection with any programme or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme.

Knotwell is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our programmes or website. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or outcomes in personal relationships or legal proceedings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Knotwell harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our programmes or website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Termination

Knotwell may terminate or suspend your registration or access to a programme at any time if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

You may cancel your registration by contacting us. Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms set out in Section 7.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We encourage any concerns to be raised with us directly in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve matters informally where possible.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Knotwell regarding use of our website and programmes.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Knotwell's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or registration for a programme after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
